Mr. Leo Nubuasah

Mr. Nubuasah has worked for the Olinga Foundation since 2002 as its National Literacy Coordinator and has helped to expand the program from 100 to over 400 schools moving from the Western Region to expansion in two educationally deprived districts in the Eastern Region of Ghana. He is an expert trainer in the phonic methodology and has trained over 450 teachers over the last 10 years in the methods. Mr. Nubuasa is involved in Ghana's most prominent educational networks and alliances including the Western Regions Education Coalition where he was elected as their regional secretary. Mr Nubuasa has provided a high quality service in close collaboration with the district directorates of education in the Western and Eastern Regions. He has also negotiated cost sharing agreements with district assemblies and ensured their compliance.
